Snouts Out Of The Trough

Great news from Bev Oda; these changes to the mandate of SoW Canada are long overdue and very welcome. Finally tax dollars might go towards actually accomplishing something for women on the ground, instead of paying left-wing academics to write endless reports. Finally, ALL women will be represented equally instead of left-wing groups only. Finally we can put a stop to government spending its own dollars to be lobbied by special interest groups.

Of course the left is wailing - maybe these changes will expose them for the raving hypocrites they are. Finally euphemistically named groups such as Monica Lysack's Child Care Advocacy Association are exposed as the hard-left, self-serving groups they really are. Monica Lysack doesn't give a s**t about children; it's all politics to her. Still, after the funding cuts, if she's looking for ways to improve the lives of Canadian women, she could get off her taxpayer subsidised ass and volunteer with the Ottawa Rape Crisis Centre or some other organization that actually makes a difference to the lives of women. But that would be too much like hard work, I'm guessing.

Like the pigs of Animal Farm, who were more equal than the other animals, the feminazis have had their snouts in the trough for far too long. Maybe now they'll have to work, like, say, men and 'ordinary' women do.
