No Jail For Home-Raised Kids?

So farewell Carolyn Bennett, would be Liberal leader and gaoler of the nation's children. Does this mean my daughter will no longer have to go to a Liberal prison after being raised in her own home? Or will Bob Rae now become holder of the keys to our kids' future. How scary is that?
