Liberals expressed outrage today over what they say is just another example of the Conservative Party rewarding its own.
Shocking statistics uncovered in a boys' toilet in the Toronto area reveal that the Conservative Party has more MPs in the House of Commons than the Liberal Party.
A leading Liberal strategist and expert on everything, said, "It is typical of the the Reform-Conservative-Bushitler Party of Stephen Harper that they would think just because they got more votes than us they should have more seats."
TDPC also approached outspoken Liberal MP Hedy Fry for her take on this situation, but she ran away, screaming, from our reporter's outstretched hand.

At this moment Liberal and NDP spokesmen are on the tube crying like babies about how Toronto is getting short changed by the Olympic torch relay, (That's why I've turned on the mute button.)
According these snivelers the torch is only making one stop in Toronto and a total of 4 in the GTA. Oh, boo-hoo, sob, sob!!
Calgary gets one stop and I don't hear any whining and crying from that city's members of parliament.
The idea was to have the torch reach as many of the country's communities as possible. That means long treks through regions without any habitations just to reach some outlying communities. This limits the amount of time that the torch can spend in any geographical region.In the four stops in the GTA, more people will get to see the torch than will all the citizens of the north. This means nothing to the GTA whiners. Oh, no let's forget about those in the colonies. The torch should spend at least a couple of weeks wandering around Toronto so the denizens of the centre of the universe can bask in it's warm glow. The rest of the nation can watch it on the CBC which they fund and which is so beloved of the Toronto elitist crowd.
Personally, after watching the opposition parties turn the whole Olympic experience into a dog-and-pony shoe with their asinine charges, I think legislation should be passed to prevent any Canadian city from ever again bidding for this overly politicized event.

What a deplorable and humiliating situation the entitled have placed upon this country.
Of course,it's only the Mtn regions in the west that could host a Winter Olympics and so I too support your suggestion, never do it again.
I am so disgusted by these a$$holes and having experienced the enormous joy of the 88 olympics, they have completely depleted the wind in my sail.
I am waiting for the Bloc to count Quebec players on the hockey team.They did that 4 yrs ago.
